"Had I changed eating and added exercise, I’m certain it would have been coming off even quicker. I take my pills purple, green 30 mins later, white at night. I use hyrdr8 every single day. “For my 60th birthday I took away from myself, 11 lbs and 5 inches from my belly. Last week I even trimmed my own toenails. "I am 55 and have been thru and still going thru menopause.
Do not give up! Do not just rely on these supplements to do all the work. Move your body, watch what you eat!! Drink your water.  
You can not tell me these 3 pills do not work!! The left was taken June 6th, 2020 and the right was taken today October 17th. 
My favorite of the 3 is the white pill! Day 3 and everyday since then I have had the best sleep ever!!! I never realized how bad I slept. 
I take the green in am in my water with a water enhancer. 
( stuff that adds flavor & no calories) I sometimes do not like to eat in the morning so i find this works better for me. 
I alternate weeks where I take my purple in the am (early) then take green in water when i get to work. 
Purple/White at night. I try to watch what I eat M-T and weekends not so good! 
I walk at work and try to do 10 flights of stairs. Sometimes I reach 6,000-10,000 steps a day. 
I find my arms are losing the bat wings! Which I am very happy with. I want to start weights. Baby steps."
